British & Irish Junior Mountain Championships.

NIMRA have decided not to send teams to the above event, to be held at Aberfoyle in
Scotland on Saturday, 21st September. However individual athletes, if of an appropriate
standard, can be entered for the event by nimra and will be partially supported financially. It
is expected that individuals will be accompanied by a parent.

The event is for under 19 (born in 1994, 1995, 1996), under 16 (born 1997, 1998) and under topamax
14 (born 1999, 2000) athletes. The courses are from 3.8 km to 7.0 km in length, with 225 m
to 375 m of climb with the route on paths and forest roads. Accommodation is available in
the Dounans Outdoor Education Centre at £29.50 per person for Friday supper, Saturday
B&B and packed lunch.
