The Fallows – New Route

Due to circumstances beyond the control of the race director The Fallows race will be on a slightly different route to the one advertised. I have been given some brief details. The start will follow a path between the trees (not the Hill and Dales route) taking you up to run along the fence to the top of Slieve zovirax Martin (ala Hill and Dales). Once on Slieve Martin you will continue down the other side over to the small hill top of Crenville. From here a firebreak leads you down to the main forest path at the Fallows. It is now BAU with a run on the trail to the top of the zig zags and down past the Cloughmore stone to the finish. Race starts @11am on Saturday.
