Selection for the Boys Youth Team competing in the Czech Republic at the end of June

Cost:- Selection Trial – free to enter.

Participant’s should be aged 16 or 17 on the 31 Dec 2016.

This is an uphill only event on predominately forest paths, so does not require any previous technical mountain running experience. The event is 4km in length and climbs approximately 480m. This course has been chosen to as closely as possible replicate the course at the Youth World Cup.

Registration will open at 1:00pm in the carpark adjacent to the forestry buy cialis 10mg office on the right just after entering Kilbroney Forest Park. This is the location for the start of the race.

The Team that will be chosen will consist of the first 4 runners to the top.

Equipment:-

Normal trainers suitable for typical forest paths – only the last 10% of the course will be on steep grass.
Normal running kit for Cross Country will be suitable.
A windproof or waterproof top should be brought in case of very poor weather.
