Flagstaff - Carlingford

The next NIMRA Championship round is on Sunday, 15 June. Details are given elsewhere on this site. However the main registration is in Carlingford (probably the car park) from 9.30 am onwards. A bus, at nominal cost, has been hired to take runners to Flagstaff, at about 10.40. You are best not to leave your car at Flagstaff.
Since this is a long category race, you must carry windproof body cover, map, compass,whistle, emergency food. This is required - otherwise our insurance is invalid, apart altogether for your own safety. Some runners last year were seriously underequipped. The race for juniors will finish at Windy Gap, covering the first half of the route, with transport to Carlingford provided if required.
