Moughanmore Race

The fifth round of the Hill & Dale series is tonight over Pigeon Rock and Moughanmore, starting from Deers Meadow (MR 272253)at 7.30 pm. The route is moderately steep up Pigeon, steeper up Moughanmore to the cairn at the north end of the plateau, with a return over the same route.

Last year the winning time was 31:48 by Dave McKibbin with Shileen OKane first lady in 38:51. With some runners going to Stuc a Chroin for the Br Champ race or resting for the Marathon there is a good opportunity for some to get a top placing and all to improve their points position.
