NIMRA Medium Championship, incorporating the World Trophy Selection Race. - 5th of July, 12 noon start. (Men 7miles, 822metres, Women & Juniors 5.1miles, 618metres)

A win for Sharon McBurney of Ballymena runners will secure the NIMRA Championship with perfect 5 wins out of 5. Newcastle?s Deon McNeilly is looking like the hot favourite for the men?s title, although recently crowned Hill & Dale champion Neil Carty may still have a say in the title outcome. With 5 races to go there is still enough races left for anyone to complete the championship. Runners must complete at least 1 race from each category (Short, Medium & long) and any 2 other championship races.
