All members are reminded that Knockdhu is a Championship race, open to all. Come along and demonstrate that you can finish ahead of team members. Knockdhu is similar to Hill & Dale events in length and amount of climbing and, unlike Binian on Thursday, also has fast descents. The main race starts at 1 pm, under 17s at 12:30 pm. The prize giving is in the pub in Cairncastle later in the afternoon. The race starts from Linford Car Park, map reference 332073 about 1.5 miles West of Cairncastle
