Mon 28 November 2005 - Ian Taylor
The annual mid-winter test of training took place yesterday, with the Seeley 10K in Ormeau Park. With a fairly flat course, the only excuse for a poor time is the weather and that, despite all the forecasts, made good running conditions. 34 or more regular or occasional fell runners took part, out of 405 finishers, as followsSeeley 10K 26 November 2005
