NIMRA AGM
Wed 7 September 2005 - Ian Taylor
The NIMRA AGM will be held this year on Monday, 17 October at 7:30 pm
in Harlequins Club House, Malone Road, Belfast. We hope to start
the evening with a session on training for mountain running, enabling
you to focus your winter programme more towards your specific aims for
2006.
The AGM will continue the discussion on the Championship which we had
earlier in April, including its format in terms of number of
races. Members are free to propose resolutions for debate on any
aspect relevant to mountain running. Further details, agendas and
reports will be posted out later.
Earlier in the year we had hoped to have the AGM following the Sl
Gallion race on 1 October but some members will not have returned from
New Zealand by then. We hope the date of 17 October is
suitable. The date is early enough in October to allow the
incoming committee to plan the Championship for 2006 bearing in mind
the debate at the AGM.
