KnockDhu Teams

KnockDhu Teams have been selected, based on current form up to 19th April.  The selectors have decided to include a development team B, based to athletes who may well gain places in the senior team in future years.  The names of one or two junior ladies may be added at a later date.  Juniors may run in the under 20 or under 17 race depending on their age.
