The Annual Meeting of NIMRA will take place on Tuesday, 14 October at 7:30 pm in Harlequins Clubhouse, Malone Rd, Belfast.  Further details, discussion issues, accounts and reports will be in the mailing being posted out to members at the beginning of next week.  The meeting will provide you with an opportunity to comment on what NIMRA has done in the past year and give you the chance to volunteer for the committee.  No committee posts for 2008-09 are decided before the Annual Meeting.

Our dinner and prize giving takes place on Saturday, 22 November, also in Harlequins, Belfast.  Keep this date free and plan to attend.  Further details will be distributed later.
