Saturday Race, Crone Wood

NIMRA members are reminded that on Saturday the All Ireland Championship and selection for the all-Ireland team for the European Championship race is being held at Crone Wood, Wicklow Mountains.

The race is on a lapped course with three laps for senior men (12.87 km, 799 m climb), two laps for ladies & junior men (8.74 km, 544 m climb) and one for junior ladies (4.61 km, 289 m).  The race starts at 12 noon, with the venue south west of Enniskerry at map reference 193 142.

The event also includes a club Championship so make sure you bring your club members along to count in the race.

The European Championship is on 12th July in Germany.  Selection policy for seniors is based on the first four in each race.  For juniors results in the Youth races this weekend at Susa will also be taken into account.
