Donard Commedagh 2019 – Last Minute Details

Online registration for this race closes today (Wednesday) at midnight. Entries are available on the day (£10 affiliated / £12 not-affiliated).

Registration will be in Donard Park from 9.30 to 10.30 for people who have entered online and 9.30 to 10.15 for on the day entries. Please don’t take offence if you arrive after these times and registration has closed.

The route is described along with the event details. Please note that the checkpoint on Commedagh is at the Tower not the Cairn.

The Hanna Bros will be sponsoring prizes for the fastest times between the Donard and Commedagh Towers.

There will be a kit check at registration. You will not be allowed to run unless you are carrying the following:
– Map (colour) of route
– Compass
– Waterproof Coat with HOOD and taped seams
– Waterproof Trousers with taped seams
– Whistle
– Hat
– Gloves
– Foil Blanket

As always the Mourne Runners will be putting on a spread afterwards. Please bring your own cup, otherwise there will be a £2 charge for a disposable one.
