UK Inter-Counties Mountain Race – Saturday 14th June at Horton in Ribblesdale, North Yorkshire in conjunction with Pen Y Ghent race.

Teams: 4 Senior Men + one U23 & 4 Senior Women + one U23 (born on or after 1/1/2003) Senior teams can comprise up to four competitors per UKCAU county or region, except that a fifth runner may be included if at least one of the team is under 23. The first three from each team will count.
Registration will be open between 11:00 & 14:00 in the Pavilion on the playing fields.
There will be two races, with the male race starting 30 minutes after the female race:
13:30: Female start
14.00: Male start.
Selection criteria: Teams will be selected on at least one of the following: Spud Race 8th March, Pat Dunbar on 29th March and any evidence of recent comparable races (distance and ascent close to the race distance) to show current form but reason must be given to the selection panel that they are satisfied the athletes’ reason for not competing in any of the selection races was genuine and unavoidable. Must register interest in selection before 28th April by emailing Anne Sandford at annerunning@hotmail.co.uk. Teams will be selected on 3rd May and successful athletes contacted shortly after that.
SENIOR HOME INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS – UP & DOWN HILL

- TEAMS: 4 senior men, 4 senior women, 2 U23 men, and 2 U23 women (born on or after 2003).
- DISTANCE/HEIGHT: Senior Men & Senior Women: approx. 15km,

Must register interest in selection before 6th July by emailing Anne Sandford at annerunning@hotmail.co.uk. Teams will be selected on 8th July and successful athletes contacted shortly after that.
48th INTERNATIONAL SNOWDON RACE

Also any evidence of recent comparable races (distance and ascent close to the race distance) to show current form but reason must be given to the selection panel that they are satisfied the athletes’ reason for not competing in any of the selection races was genuine and unavoidable.
