Start at top car park in Rostrevor ,below cloc mor 196 173, take trail up past cloc mor up to stile below slieve martin, out to top of Knockshee 222 161, 1st check point there, then over to nurses cottage 225 173, 2nd check point, there will be a section of out of bounds 220 172, then back up to slieve martin 201 177, 3rd check point and back down to car park via switch.
