NIMRA Selection Criteria for Sedbergh

Sedbergh, Cumbria Sunday 18TH June

An up and down race.
Up to 6 senior men and 6 senior women of whom 2 are under 23 age group. Medals for teams given to the first 4 to count.

Men & Women 12.6km 866m ascent/descent

Teams will be selected on current form up to and including Donard Challenge race on 8th April and Slieve Donard on 20th May. You must now register interest before 20th May by emailing Anne Sandford at annerunning@hotmail.co.uk.
