Here are a few points to remember

Bring all safety kit with you to registration in race H.Q. (not forgetting the foil blanket) No safety kit = no sign on!

Competitors are asked not to change in the race H.Q. This can be done in the pavilion in Donard Park.

Don’t leave sign on until the last minute

DO NOT MISS RACE BRIEFING (Course changes will be discussed at this time)

Event Schedule

8:30am Registration Opens.

10:25am Registration Closes (Sharp)

10:30am Race briefing. (Outside Race H.Q.)

11:00am Buses depart from Donard Park.

12 Noon Race Start.

2:30pm Refreshments available at Race H.Q.

4pm Prize Giving (approx.)

5pm Venue Closes
