The selection criteria for the NIMRA teams to participate at Inter Counties and Snowdon is now available.

The Hill and Dales fixtures have been added. Full details for these fixtures will be available on the Newcastle AC website in the near future.

The first race of the year takes place on Gullion next Saturday. Parking is genuinely limited so please car share. Be sure to bring all mandatory kit as it’s not a great time of year to find yourself injured on the side of a mountain in just running shorts and vests. Make sure you bring your bathers to allow you to take advantage of the spa facilities. Full details on the race can be here.
